Why I Wear Blue Light Blocking Glasses

As many of you know that I am a blogger and therefore am on the computer quite a bit working on my blog.

But I also work full time in the marketing industry and am known to binge watch a heck of a lot of Netflix as well as scroll through Instagram and Facebook for long periods of time (I promise I am an attentive mom, I just don’t sleep as much as I should).

I’ve always worried about the effects that all of the blue light will have on my eyes as as a hard working mom who is staring at a screen often!

As I care about my health I decided to do some research and see if there was anything I could do to protect my eyes.

It didn’t take me too long to discover blue light blocking glasses and now I wear them ALOT.

The best blue light blocking glasses

Since I work hard for my money, I like a good bargain (as long as the product is of good quality). I researched for awhile until I stumbled upon some blue light blocking glasses on Amazon that were cute, sturdy AND affordable.

The company I tried, Mimoeye sells their blue light blocking eye glasses on Amazon. Their glasses have a lifetime warranty, as well a a titanium frame while make them extra durable.

The glasses are also adorably chic and come with a holder and towel to clean your glasses.

I opted for Mimoeye’s “Ink Frame” pattern glasses and I love the pattern! They are super light and you hardly feel them when they are on, blue light blocking, anti-glare and anti-uv. They also don’t appear to be easy to scratch as I haven’t scratched them yet.

My blue eye blocking glasses review- do they work?

Based on my person experience, I do think that blue light blocking glasses work. I’ve noticed a difference in how my eyes feel and look at the end of a long day, and I’m getting less frequent headaches.

For how cheap Mimo Eyes eyeglasses are, I would suggest giving them a try And, if you have Amazon Prime they ship for free.
